The room was super clean and had plenty of USB ports, which made charging devices a breeze. I loved relaxing in the pool and getting some sun by the spa after a long day. The only thing was, it would’ve been nice to have a water bottle in the room, but overall, I had a great stay! ☀️

missingWrote a review on Jul 16clean lobbyfamily-friendly locationlimited breakfast options
The hotel is conveniently located along El Camino Real, making it easy to explore world-class entertainment, restaurants, and more. Our family enjoyed our time, especially visiting nearby attractions like Stanford University. The lobby was inviting and clean, which added a nice touch to our stay.
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options available were lacking, especially for families. It would be great to have a more kid-friendly breakfast menu that offers more variety and value for the price.

Do recommend for a short layover
Comfortable room, convenient location, with a complimentary breakfast that made my stay enjoyable after a long day of travel.
Limited dining options and some noise disturbances.

missingWrote a review on Jul 09noisy roomsbreakfast service
Ran into a few hiccups during my stay. For one, the room’s sound insulation needed improvement. the noise from neighboring rooms and the air conditioning system could be bothersome. Additionally, breakfast service started later than I hoped, and there wasn't even any decent coffee options available early on. It’s also worth noting that parking turned out to be a chargeable service, which didn't sit well considering earlier information I received about it being free.

The location was ideal for our needs, but the
staff could have been friendlier. The room was clean and the amenities met our expectations, yet the check-in process took longer than anticipated. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, but there's room for improvement in guest service.
